HOW IT WORKS

Month 1 - FOUNDATION

In Month 1, we focus on defining your brand identity, positioning, and create a message that gets you noticed. We’ll get you set-up with useful Apps for seamless communication, then dive deep to uncover what makes your brand unique and who your ideal audience is. Together, we’ll craft a clear, compelling message that defines your brand purpose and tone of voice which resonates with your audience, and sets the stage for growth. By the end of the month, you’ll have a strategic plan that lays the foundation for our time working together.

Month 2 - Strategy

In month 2, we turn your message into action and make your brand visible to the world. We’ll start by crafting a standout bio that grabs attention and clearly communicates who you are and what you offer. Then, we’ll create guidelines and strategies for all your digital marketing channels - posts, visuals, and stories that align with your brand and engage your ideal audience. Following an audit, you’ll also learn how to post strategically and confidently, turning your social media into a tool for growth, visibility, and meaningful connections.

Month 3 - Growth

With your message clear, Month 3 is all about embedding your brand into your daily routine and building confidence in front of the camera. We’ll guide you in implementing content from brand shoots, creating systems including AI Automation for consistent posting, content creation, and engagement that support sustainable growth. Next, we’ll explore additional opportunities to expand your reach whether that’s building a website, email marketing, or social media management - all tailored to your brand and designed to attract the right audience.

I’m Rhiannon, a creative brand strategist passionate about helping people step into who they truly are and show up with confidence, clarity, and ease. I’ve learned that building a brand isn’t just about visuals or messaging - it’s about understanding your story, your strengths, and the unique energy you bring to the world.

Alongside my work, I've freelanced as Head of Creative for marketing agencies, leading creative direction across branding, content, campaigns and strategy. It's given me a front-row seat to how brands are built, positioned and scaled in the real world - and, more importantly, what actually cuts through. I bring that agency-level insight into my coaching, helping clients connect authenticity with strategy, and creativity with clarity.

Presenting on QVC taught me how to sell brands with confidence and authenticity, while my background as a content creator and influencer showed me how strategic visibility, particularly through people powered marketing and LinkedIn, can transform how others perceive you and your work. I’ve seen first-hand how the right story, shared in the right way, opens doors.

I guide entrepreneurs, leaders and creatives to translate who they are into a brand that feels magnetic, aligned and unapologetically theirs. Minimum commitment: 3 months

After the initial term, you can continue on a monthly rolling basis with 30 days’ notice.
