Services Agreement
This Agreement is made between (“Client”) and Rhiannon Captures (“Creative Director”), collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
1. ENGAGEMENT OF CREATIVE DIRECTOR
1.1 Services. Subject to the terms set out herein, the Client engages the Creative Director to provide, and the Creative Director agrees to provide, the Services as outlined and agreed in writing between both Parties via email.

Ongoing mentorship and creative direction (as agreed)
Exclusivity. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Creative Director will be the exclusive provider of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. FEES AND PAYMENT
2.1 Fees. The Client agrees to pay the Creative Director the total fee as agreed via email. A 50% booking fee is required to secure Rhiannon Captures’ services, with the balance due on the day of the session.
2.2 Booking Fee. The Client acknowledges that the booking fee is non-refundable, to fairly compensate the Creative Director for reserving time and turning down other projects. This fee will be credited towards the total payment.
2.3 Payment Methods. Payments can be made via Apple Pay, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
2.4 Invoices and Late Payments. An invoice will be issued once services are agreed. If full payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, a 5% late fee will be added to the outstanding balance.
3. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & TERM
3.1 Term. This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues until all services are completed and outstanding fees are paid in full.
3.2 Cancellation. The Client may cancel by providing written notice no later than 7 days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less notice will forfeit the booking fee.
3.3 Rescheduling. The Creative Director will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests within three months of the original booking. Multiple reschedules (more than twice) may be treated as a cancellation.
3.4 No Refunds. All payments are non-refundable, except where the Creative Director is unable to perform services as outlined.
3.5 Replacement. If the Creative Director cannot perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, she may, with the Client’s consent, arrange for a qualified replacement. If no replacement is agreed upon, all fees (excluding the booking fee) will be refunded, and this Agreement will terminate.
4. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergency, fire, pandemic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Should such conditions persist for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the Agreement, and any prepaid fees for services not rendered (excluding the booking fee) will be refunded within 14 days.
4.2 Limitation of Liability. The Creative Director will not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by technology failures, communication issues, or factors beyond her control.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to provide clear communication, required information, and any relevant materials needed to deliver the agreed services. The success of visibility and marketing strategy outcomes relies on mutual collaboration, openness, and implementation by the Client.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business information, discussions, and personal details shared during the sessions.
7. GENERAL

7.2 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
7.3 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements.
7.4 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
8. ACCEPTANCE
By engaging and booking the services of Rhiannon Captures, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
