My visibility strategy sessions are unique because you and your business are unique. I offer specialised mentorship for wellbeing and creative service providers in their first few years of business. My techniques will help you to overcome your fears about being visible, enabling you to stand out authentically in your industry. The sessions can cover anything from finding your brand identity and style, marketing techniques, useful apps and technology, and so much more! My mentoring sessions can either be online or in person. I want to share everything I’ve learnt so you too can create a business that feels aligned and abundant.

How it works
Discovery Call
We'll begin our journey with a discovery call to ensure we are aligned with your business needs. Following this, I will send you an in-depth questionnaire about your brand, and we'll schedule our first Zoom session. After conducting an audit of your business, I'll prepare for our first session.
Strategy Session
I'll guide you through a clear strategy for your business and explain exactly how to implement it. During our Zoom sessions, you can ask any questions you may have, and I'll provide access to relevant resources, templates, and tools.
Ongoing support
Following each strategy session I'll send the recording. And it doesn't stop there! If you sign up for the Classic or Premium package, I'll assign tasks to keep you accountable and you'll also have the opportunity to chat with me between sessions via WhatsApp.

I'm Rhiannon, a brand photographer and visibility mentor who loves nothing more than enjoying quality time by the sea and practising mindfulness in nature.
I started blogging about fashion and lifestyle back in 2012 which naturally evolved into the world of international TV presenting on QVC and 'influencing' on the gram, feel free to scroll through my journey over @rhiannoncaptures. I became an expert at marketing with a love for helping entrepreneurs build profitable, sustainable businesses with authenticity and fun! My social media grew to over 50,000 followers, and what was a hobby transitioned into a fully-fledged brand of its own working with brands like Dior, Clarins, Next, John Lewis, The White Company, Reiss, The Ivy Restaurant and Sanderson Hotel.
In 2017 I was given the transformative opportunity to become an @olympuscamera creator. Since then, I fell in love with photography and have never looked back. Now, I find immense joy in sharing my journey to empower women and assist them in reaching their personal and business goals.

How do I book a Visibility Strategy session?
Simply fill in the form above or head to my contact page so we can arrange a discovery call. Following our conversation, if you'd like to go ahead and book, I'll send you a Brand Questionnaire which you will need to complete before our first session.
When can we schedule the session?
During our discovery call, I will let you know my availability. I usually schedule the session a week after I've sent you the Brand Questionnaire. This will allow you time to think about your answers so we can make the most out of your Brand Visibility strategy.
How is the strategy delivered?
We can do this in person in Poole, Dorset. Alternatively we can schedule the strategy call online via Zoom.
Can I book ongoing strategy sessions?
Yes, absolutely - please take a look at the different packages available! I also offer social media training, content creation and management services too. We can discuss these options following our Visibility Strategy session.
